Yes. That's one of the reasons I record 'demo videos' that are not to be shown to anyone, because the process makes me conscious of the crap I unconsciously have 'accepted' . In reality, I mostly was aware of that crap but ignored it for a bit. The demo video only amplifies how bad it really is.
