I think people greatly overestimate how much effort is required to have a fit/muscular body type. 3 to 5 hours a week of good intensity weight training goes a really long way.
- edanm 6y agoI'll add to that that you do need to have a relatively low body-fat percentage to look much fitter. Relatively as compared to the majority of the population, but higher than most fitness models, of course. I've been lifting weights for a few years, but losing a bunch of weight gave me a far better look, including looking more muscular.
