Cant you set Cortana up in an “always listen” mode such that it could start a dictation session for you? I’ve not tried but seems like something that would make sense. May have to go try that just to satisfy curiosity now. :)
- rajlego 6y agoI'm using windows LTSC so no Cortana unfortunately though some point might try normal windows again
