  “Unsatisfied, Cruz asked human resources to look deeper into the incident” It sounds like someone made a rude comment. Cruz reported it. HR seems to have confirmed it happened / it was rude. What is there to look into deeper? What did Cruz want and expect to happen? What am I missing?
