Why most cybersecurity products are useless
- bradknowles 6y agoSecurity is always first to get cut for cost reasons, regardless. No one ever sees the value of “all this security shit”. That is, until you have a security incident that lands you on the front page of the Wall Street Journal, above the fold. This was true when I started in the business in 1989, and it remains true today. I haven’t seen anything come along that would ever change this situation. Please, change my mind. I’ve had over 30 years of this shit, and I’d love to see something new in this space.
