You can do this directly in the tool. Click 'Edit Graph' Select the series 'Population' (Thousands, Not Seasonally Adjusted). Click 'Add' Modify the formula

You can do this directly in the tool.
Click 'Edit Graph'
Select the series 'Population' (Thousands, Not Seasonally Adjusted). Click 'Add'
Modify the formula to be 'a/b'. Click 'Apply'.
