- ganoushoreilly 6y agoHouses are a small part of landscaping maintenance around a city. I bet there aren't as many outlets available as you think. You also have to deal with consumption and ownership of the outlet, how do you re-imburse someone with external outlets in a townhouse situation?
- henearkr 6y agoIn most cities there are electrical outlets for municipal workers too (in urban context they are often protected by a lock). In many cases there is also a way to plug to the grid using traps on the side of streetlights.
