- neonological 6y agoMy argument is that pareto sums don't practically exist because there are unwilling side participants that are usually affected negatively.
- chordalkeyboard 6y agoPositive as well as negative externalities exist and are well studied, my opinion of the “usual” case is different than yours. Thanks for the reply.
