This is not much compared to Tesla's 3 billion autopilot miles and Waymo's 20 million driven miles.
- minikites 6y agoIs quantity the only metric?
- andrewnc 6y agoFor deep learning it seems to be....
- numpad0 6y agoWould you tolerate a probabilistic answer to that?
- testrun 6y agoWith visual deep learning quantity is absolutely crucial. Quality of course matters too, but the more information you have in different environments, the better.
- rootusrootus 6y agoTesla isn't capturing everyone's autopilot miles. They're not even capturing incidents. They don't have anywhere near enough bandwidth for that.
- arthurcolle 6y agoWith supervised learning data set size.. ? Uhh
- selcuka 6y agoTrue, but the results of an experiment is important too. Maybe they reached a satisfactory level of confidence relatively quicker than other manufacturers.
