Arizona intro bill forcing Apple and Google to allow alternative payment options
- bradknowles 6y agoI’m pretty sure that this one will fail on constitutionality grounds, as it unfairly targets companies like Apple and Google over others. Why should Sony or Microsoft get to be left out? But As soon as they try to make it survive the unfairness problem, then all game companies come into play, and all local vendors who preclude anyone else from coming into their site and setting up alternative payment schemes.
