Where to find a community that treats code as craftsmanship?
Currently work at a large financial firm where processes seem to run the way we work, instead of enabling us to do the work. Recently, I've discovered SICP, listened to many talks by Alan Kay and been a daily reader of this community. It's fundamentally changed the way I perceive computers and the industry in general and made me fall more in love with the art and science of this field than ever before. I know realize i'm in the wrong company and want a change. I want to find a community that values code as craftsmanship and will enable me to grow as a developer (I only have 2 years of experience). Is there such a community out there or is craftsmanship vs rapid value deliver in business a dichotomy I can't get rid of?

I sort of regret it now.
