As long as your crusade against free doesn't impact our free public libraries, free healthcare, free education.
(All of which are not really free because we pay for them with taxes. )
- imwillofficial 6y agoI have been developing a simple mantra: Pay for stuff I use. Mostly software so far. As far as “free stuff” provided by the government, I feel there is a baseline that a government should provide, as that should be their purpose. Where that line is, and what services are provided is a source of intense debate. “Pay for stuff I use” is a great starting point, but hardly a hard and fast rule.
