Well, with flutter they did what every other "supposed" "modern" languages failed to provide (rust, swift, kotlin, go)
A modern UI, crossplatform, AOT compiler UI toolkit, that includes phones, web, and desktop
Not even dotnet could achieve this
Even if i'm not interested in that kind of development, let's hope people pick this instead of the atrocity that is electron
- darklion 6y agoLiterally none of those languages tried to provide all of those things. It’s not a failure if that wasn’t the goal to begin with.
