In that case, will Google remove the "X-Client-Data" identifier, which is sent every time you visit any third-party site that uses any google resource, such as Google Fonts, Google Analytics, or DoubleClick? I doubt so. They and by extension the government will still track your specific web browsing– as in the title, they just won't sell ads based on it.
