The new cookie banner reads "USA Consent: By clicking on "Accept", you consent to your data being processed by providers in the USA in accordance with Art. 49 (1) DSGVO. The USA is considered to be a country with an insufficient level of data protection according to EU standards. There is a risk that your data may also be passed on to US authorities."
