Could anyone expand on this in an accessible way? What kinds of changes could we see in imaging or communication technology?

- kderbyma 6y agojust a random guess and hypothesis with absolutely no basis besides this article. I think they may be able to 'sync' up transmitters which are then used to encode and decode based on time and space. Like time-sensitive antennas which adds another means of encoding....???
