What is one plant that contains menaquinone or eicosapentaenoate?

- vortegne 6y agoAre you eating a lot of liver? Because if not, you're not getting that much of menaquinone anyway. And there's plenty of it in plant-based foods, as pointed out by the other commenter. As for omega-3, I believe it's been a few decades since we found it in a ton of different seeds, nuts and oils.
