Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. I have a brand new i7 Mac and outlook is laggy just switching between emails or inboxes. Also, if I click the "Switch to New Outlook" button, it says that it can't copy over my custom IMAP accounts for work. I would think that supporting things besides exchange or gmail accounts would be something they would do before releasing a new version.
