I wish we would stop comparing young vs old, this vs that and then just help each other and respect each other. Everyone has something to contribute, whether it is experience, energy, knowledge, etc. In my younger years I worked on a project with a much older guy and he was extremely meticulous to the point where it was really really difficult to stay patient. However, I learned that he did that out of several decades of experience, and that getting the stuff right from the beginning saved us tons of hours of work later.
