However, I think since they're saying Frogwares is in breach and has been ordered by the court to continue the contract that Nacon's course of action here should be to tell the court Frogwares isn't fulfilling the terms of the contract. I don't believe anywhere in the economically developed countries of the world is it okay to decide on your own vigilante solution and pursue it in violation of other laws.
