I would guess he did something that was actually ban worthy (maybe without realizing) and just accepted the account reinstatement, hence "Google finally reached out and was able to provide a lot of transparency around the situation" being enough to satisfy him. Or they just offered him a bunch of money

It's suspected that Relogic's Youtube account being banned had something to do with it.
