  The conclusion is that poverty from systemic racism doesn’t exist. I don’t know how he ended up there but now I understand the need for a throwaway.

    The conclusion is that it is a class problem, and there are many mechanisms at play that keep the rich rich and the poor poor. That's the compassionate read on it.
