  The wine would have 2x to 3x the alcohol per unit though, so you would need that much less wine.

    'need' probably isn't the right word. Really expensive small batch beer is often 10+% alcohol by volume.

    You're assuming everybody is drinking just to get drunk, rather than the fact that it tastes nice.
