No. Package manager should never send a bug reporter upstream. It's the package manger's job to investigate the issue and file a bug with upstream including proper context, unless the bug is reported on multiple distributions.
- account42 6y agoThat is just unreasonable. For build issues, especially ones that the packager can reproduce - making sure that all that is reported properly makes sens. But most bugs are not that - playing the telephone game here helps no one.
