I don't understand the reason why but it seems a constant that the majority of tech workers are the sole income for the house. Maybe I'm more exposed to H1B workers in US, but that holds even in other places.
- michaelt 6y agoIt's common enough in other professions that make six figure salaries. And if you're in tech, you probably know more people in tech than you know accountants/doctors/lawyers/chemical engineers/business owners.
