Heck, I'm just impressed with it for acknowledging the family issue. Not sure why this is such a popular internet topic, but almost none of the treatments I've seen bother considering it. Any method that starts separating a parent from their 7&9 year olds is a non starter. Even telling a married couple they can't stand in line together for 20 minutes is going to be unpopular and lead to people breaking the system.
