It would read "actially execeetable". EDIT: For completeness, the full transliteration (or as close to it) would be "άξουαλι πόρταμπολ εξεκιούταμπολ". The extra "o" in "portabol" and "execiutabol" is actually a schwa, I think, so it can be omitted.
