not sure i get (a). maybe someone can help me understand. software engineers are one of the best paid people today. i highly doubt that we are hard to find.

    can someone provide a link to the US bureau of labor statistics that has these numbers? (for my own edification) it has been often mentioned but i don't think i have ever seen a link to the report people are quoting.
