If you're on AWS I strongly recommend EC2 Instance Connect, which uses the AWS CLI and IAM to issue short lived SSH keys that are automatically accepted by EC2

If you're on AWS I strongly recommend EC2 Instance Connect, which uses the AWS CLI and IAM to issue short lived SSH keys that are automatically accepted by EC2 instances you have been granted access to via IAM policies.
