Forming is one thing actually getting recognition is much harder.
- mytailorisrich 6y agoAgain, this depends on the country. Where forming an union is a right, the obligation for the company to recognise it may also be the law. For example on France there are unions at Amazon and they are recognised. Why? Because in law there is nothing Amazon can do about either. This is annoying for companies but it cuts down on the BS.
