No offense to anyone, but this is kind of an article about a non-problem. Fees are negotiable. You can sell your own house. You don’t have to agree to a 6% fee.
- gigatexal 6y agoSelling a house is a convoluted process rife with potential pitfalls which is why a broker is engaged. What I would prefer is a listing site or service that will streamline the whole thing and take 1 or 2 percent instead of the 6.
