I'd assume Canada since up here we've got a weird mix of americanisms and britishisms. Also, the state/province gives a bit away.

- balabaster 6y agoYou're both a little right. I grew up in the UK and lived there until I was 25, I've since worked and lived in the U.S. but now live and work in Canada.
