- skimbrel 15y agoCare to explain that a bit? I fail to see a direct parallel between farmland tenancy arrangements and Apple's relationship to iOS developers. Also, that's a mighty powerful rhetorical weapon (going all the way back to African-American slavery) to be dropping in a discussion about some ticked-off software developers.

- chrisjsmith 15y agoThat's the one. Probably should have linked to that. I think I heard the term way before that when we were all "application service providers" in the late 90's.
