USV has been aggressively selling off shares in Coinbase in run up to IPO
- btown 6y agoThe point where cryptocurrency meets the stock market is untested territory, because investor mentality re: stock value is closely tied to a highly volatile, easy-to-manipulate, unregulated, zero-storage-cost commodity. Anticipated or not, it's hard to predict where Coinbase stock will go even relative to other publicly traded securities. Not surprising they'd take money off the table at a discount.
