The same thing is done with Social Security and Medicare in the US. I hate it when governments try to obfuscate things like this.
- jbn 6y agoin the US, the employer also pays a share of the employment tax (split in 2 between employer and employee) and doesn't always show you the true cost of benefits... all of these should appear and employee should be able negotiate the complete package (wishful thinking...).
