There is still no word from the Supreme Court on LinkedIn Corp. v. hiQ Labs Inc. so it's an open question if this is a good argument. - spacemanmatt 6y agoI must admit, I am morbidly curious to see where this conservative SCOTUS draws the line between casual observation and data harvesting. They make a big stink about being pro freedom and pro business, but this pits the two.
