I can't think of a more meaningless sentence nowadays than "we take your privacy seriously".
- glitcher 6y agoWhen I see that phrase I think: "We take your privacy. Seriously."
- ad404b8a372f2b9 6y agoIt doesn't help that it's been slapped on every website that doesn't respect the GDPR for european visitors.
- ThePadawan 6y agoI would say the sentence is. perfectly meaningful, it simply directly expresses the opposite of what it is supposed to. Like "sure it does" does.
