- leesalminen 6y agoI guess if you’re a maintenance mode company, sure whatever a couple weeks delay can’t hurt. If you’re in the growth stage of a tech startup, you need engineers and support ASAP. HR making their life marginally easier on themselves at the expense of growth is unacceptable to me.
