- gregoriol 6y agoLooking if an existing solution is available; we could build it ourselves obviously, but it's not a core feature and it seems a lot like a reusable thing to build as a library.
- jscheel 6y agoAhh, ok. What we have built probably isn't for your specific need, as we utilize matrix as the underlying core technology, but we enhance it with the concept of support tickets on our support SaaS. If you are looking for a quick plugin where you just connect to an existing matrix homeserver, then you will probably need to build that.
