Fines and jail time would be a start at correcting policy. Especially jail time for cops who refuse to wear masks.

  Fines I agree with, thought I suspect jail would make things worse. Not just because jail is a health risk all by itself, but because compliance with the law depends on people collectively agreeing that the law is just, and excessive punishment does the opposite (or so I hear).

    yeah I think jail is best reserved for cops and politicians.
