A lot of job shit doesn't make any sense. What does make sense is I don't get to eat if I don't have a job, and I don't have a job if I don't put up with the job bullshit. For some people that's sitting through 8 hours of videos on how to properly pick up a box so they can get that UPS hub job where they never once actually lift a box like in the videos, for others its sitting through 8 hours of diversity training so they can go back to the office and continue to treat everybody like they did before, for better or for worse. At the end of the day, I think it's bullshit, but I'm still eating.
