Quest 2 resolution is pretty meh, and graphic quality of the games that run natively on the device pale in comparison to what stream vr has to offer (alyx is soo pretty). I would expect sony to allow wireless connection for some games as it seems to be possible even in quest 2 via desktop vr. But some more latency sensitive games (beat saber) play much better with a cable.
