I hate lootboxes, but what's the basis for damages?
- hundchenkatze 6y agoThat loot boxes are the same as gambling, and encouraging minors to gamble. > Epic was faced with a class-action lawsuit alleging, among other things, that it had "psychologically manipulate[d] its young players into thinking they will 'get lucky.'"
- klmadfejno 6y agoI guess I'm surprised that's illegal? They're hardly the only loot box offering company
