Possibly true. But until this trend has a noticeable effect on their economies, countries don't have an incentive to change their policies.
- Lucadg 15y agoThey have the incentive but they probably fail to recognize this as a threat. Usually until it's too late. We have seen this over and over in history and it may even be positive as it provides a chance for power shifts.
