The amendments are nothing concrete, but it gives Facebook something to spin in a press release, allowing them to save face.
- fwn 6y agoAs far as I understand it the Australian government is about to allow Facebook to effectively choose winners and losers in the Australian press ecosystem, which would be a monumental win for Facebook. Is that the case? I'd love to know how such a regulation is great for anyone but Facebook.
