I'm working on podaero.com with a goal kind of like this - I will be launching some public groups over the next week (it's been private for a while). I'm planning a 'Show HN' soon. I'm interested in the idea of group-power and building complex organizations out of small groups - or at the minimum, providing a good place for "project people" to be part of a long term support community. The focus is on small (but not tiny) groups where people can effectively network and get to know each other. Feel free to email me (see profile) to get in touch.
