Anybody who believes the children or grandchildren of Spot won’t be used by governments to oppress/police/kill people should call me. I have a bridge for sale.

- perl4ever 6y agoIt may not have been Boston Dynamics, but I read in a news article some time ago about how the police (US) used a remote control robot to find and blow up the person who was engaging in a standoff. So regardless, I think such things are already approaching SOP and not just in literal urban warzones.
