Great job!
Also, there are many other Javascript visualization libraries besides the Google Chart API that you might want to know about (if you did't). All of them are open and can be locally run.
Check out e.g.

- wh-uws 15y agoAlso JavaScript InfoVis Toolkit http://thejit.org/ http://thejit.org/
- tarmstrong 15y agoSomewhat related: there's a Processing port to JavaScript. http://processingjs.org/ http://processingjs.org/ You can write your code in Processing or JavaScript, which is nice if you want to take advantage of the Processing library without having to learn a specific language.
- evlapix 15y agoAlso D3, which evolved from Protovis. http://mbostock.github.com/d3/tutorial/protovis.html http://mbostock.github.com/d3/tutorial/protovis.html
- trjordan 15y agoIndeed. Be careful with Protovis -- there hasn't been any work on it since last August or so, and the primary maintainer has pretty clearly moved onto D3. If you're starting a new project, or even have some work invested in Protovis, I'd migrate it to D3. Working with a dead library isn't the best idea.
- knowledgesale 15y ago"the primary maintainer" - who are you talking about?
- personalcompute 15y agoFlare is flash only, not Javascript.
- lmok 15y agoRaphaël is another great Javastcript visualisation library. http://raphaeljs.com http://raphaeljs.com
- matthew-wegner 15y agohttp://www.highcharts.com http://www.highcharts.com is quite nice too!
- kilian 15y agohttp://grafico.kilianvalkhof.com http://grafico.kilianvalkhof.com is another example of svg-based charts, and has a variety of line and bar charts.
