Nobody has a responsibility to "re-educate" an entire culture. It's a no go, full stop. Especially because there is not a gentle way, what you end up with is still genocide. Mincing words can't change facts. The CCP consider extremism every form of dissent. By that standard, nobody is a terrorist, because everybody is a terrorist. And the ultimate consequence is that the party feels entitled to do whatever they want to any citizen. Which is again unacceptable.
