- londons_explore 6y ago40 hours of on-the-job training sounds sufficient for this kind of thing... You aren't designing the blades... You're simply looking carefully at them with some specialised tools. If the inspection process was hard enough that it was impossible to do with 40 hours of training, then it should have been automated through a computerized process.
